Each item is carefully packaged before shipping. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. You will be offered either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or due to improper handling.
